2020

Evotym was founded, with a mission to build high-performing tech teams for fast-growing startups.

2021–2022

As our client base grows, one thing becomes clear: most are fintech companies needing more than just tech talent. They need full teams to scale smarter.

2023

Fintech becomes our focus. We start delivering cross-functional teams for payments, crypto, and neobanks

2024

We launch our executive search practice - tailored for high-stakes, hard-to-fill leadership roles. Our presence expanded at major fintech events across Europe. Evotym founder, Anastasia Zencika, is named FinTech & Tech Talent CEO of the Year 2024 in Berlin.

2025
